  • Labor to be charged for all repair work as per Isuzu EA labor time guide.
  • An invoice to be raised against each service rendered
  • Settlement of the invoice(s) within 15 days of the date of the invoice(s)
  • Old/ replaced parts to be given back after completion of each repair

The report entails Fuel Economy Report, Fuel Usage Reports, Engine Condition, Engine Cooling History Report, Emissions system condition, Drive operating habits, Accelerator Frequency Reports, braking conditions and brake usage history Reports, just to mention a few.

The trained service advisor will guide you through the report and which will be sent to you via email or your preferred mode of delivery to help provide a better understanding of the checks being made and the condition of the vehicle. Interpreting the reports is equally important.
